3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Dr Muneeb Health & Wellness?

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging is unopened and the product is unused.

You can select from the following options for returning your product/s:

Option 1

You can directly return your product/s to Dr Muneeb Health & Wellness at the return address provided to you by our customer care team.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product/s, the approved refund amount will be returned to your Bank Account / Easypaisa / JazzCash, subject to the applicable payment and refund terms.

Option 2

Our partner courier may pick up the product/s from your delivery address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product/s, applicable return or courier charges may be deducted from your refund amount, and the remaining approved amount will be returned to your Bank Account / Easypaisa / JazzCash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please keep the original product and product packaging, if possible. Please contact us immediately and we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

4. How do I return Dr Muneeb Health & Wellness products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Dr Muneeb Health & Wellness products online through another website or marketplace, please follow the return and refund instructions provided by that platform.

If you purchased our products from one of our authorized retail partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
